There are many names for virtual restaurants, ghost kitchen, cloud kitchen or dark kitchen are a few.

These are food service businesses that serve customers directly through delivery and pick-up only, mostly online or through third-party apps like Door dash. These businesses operate out of kitchen spaces without the need for a full-service restaurant or storefront, resulting in lower operational and upfront costs for the entrepreneur.
