StarkFresh currently has eight committees that we need your help and expertise with. *

Finance: tasked with helping figure out yearly budgets, audits and good overall financial health of the agency.

Fundraising: tasked with coordinating yearly fundraising events and other fundraising opportunities

Intellectual Property Monetization: tasked with helping to protect the time, effort and money spent developing some of our programming through the development of paid programmatic sharing opportunities

Marketing: tasked with cohesively and thoughtfully spreading information regarding our agency and our programs across multiple media. Using cohesive multi-level messaging, assist in meeting other agency committee needs and goals

Membership: tasked with helping find skilled, energetic board members that are passionate about growing our agency.

Procedures & Programming: tasked with taking hard looks at existing/proposed handbooks, website copy, etc and "trim the fat" where required.

Strategic Planning: tasked with taking hard looks at existing and future plans to ensure our focus is sound, and making sure our “culture” is living and breathing what we say we are doing.

Sustainability: tasked with developing the strategies to develop and increase agency funds, specifically with donor development and other fund management and growth
