Food Safety Training
In all aspects of food-related commerce, food safety is a top priority.
To meet the educational needs of our community, staff members at our Food Justice Campus teach ServSafe Food Safety courses on a regular basis.
We currently offer several levels of training and proctoring at our Food Justice Campus:
ServSafe Food Handler
in-person class training + online test proctoring

2 hours of classroom-style training
1-hour online testing

ServSafe Food Manager
online test proctoring only
Cost: $50
2-hour online testing
Held by appointment only
ServSafe Food Manager

15 hours of classroom-style training
